1. What we offer

• Live online training in F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM/Advanced WAF) and network automation.
• Group batches and one-to-one (1:1) sessions.
• Free browser simulators (Traffic Lab, DNS Lab, WAF Lab).
• Paid Practice Lab access for a fixed period (usually 30 days).
• Interview preparation, lab-setup guidance and certification preparation.

All our services are delivered online. We do not ship any physical product.

2. Fees and payment

• Fees depend on the track and batch type (group or 1:1). We confirm your exact fee in writing (WhatsApp or email) before you pay.
• Payments are collected through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Students outside India can pay by international card in the currency shown on the payment link.
• Your enrolment or lab access starts only after the payment is successful.
• Any bank, card or currency-conversion charges from your own bank are your responsibility.

3. Your account and access

• Course access, class links, recordings and lab logins are for you only. Do not share them with anyone.
• If we find that access is shared, we may stop the access without a refund.
• Practice Lab access is valid for the period stated at the time of payment. It ends automatically at the end of that period.

4. Class recordings and study material

• Recordings and class documents are provided for your personal learning.
• You may not copy, resell, upload, publish or share our recordings, documents, labs or simulators in any form.
• All content, designs and simulators on this website belong to VedhaNet Academy.

5. Student conduct

• Be respectful to the trainer and other students.
• Do not use our labs or simulators to attack, scan or harm any system you do not own or have permission to test.
• We may remove a student who breaks these rules, without a refund.

6. Schedule changes

We try to keep every class on time. Sometimes we may need to move a class. We will inform you in advance and give a new date or a recording. If we cancel a batch completely, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

7. No job guarantee

Our training, interview preparation and job updates are meant to help you grow your skills and career. We do not guarantee a job, a salary or a certification result.

8. Trademarks

F5®, BIG-IP®, LTM®, GTM®, APM® and ASM® are registered trademarks of F5, Inc. VedhaNet Academy is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by F5, Inc. Our simulators are original teaching tools and contain no vendor software.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care, but we cannot promise that the website, simulators or labs will always be available without errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service in question.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date.
