Shipping and Delivery Policy

No physical shipping. All VedhaNet Academy services are delivered online, in India and worldwide.
Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
1. How each service is delivered

| Practice Lab access | Activated on your Google Sign-In email at practicelab.vedhanetacademy.com | Within 48 hours of successful payment |
| Interview prep / lab-setup help | Online session link sent by WhatsApp or email | Within 24 hours of successful payment |
2. Access period
- Practice Lab access lasts for the period stated at the time of payment (usually 30 days), counted from the day it is activated.
- Class recordings remain available for the period we confirm at enrolment.
3. International students
Students outside India receive the same online services in the same way. Class timings are shared in Indian Standard Time (IST). Please check the time in your own time zone.
4. If you did not receive access
If you do not receive your class link or lab access within the time shown above, please contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot deliver the service, you will get a refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
