Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a free demo session before you pay, so you can check the teaching style and the course content first.
Please attend the demo and ask all your questions before you enrol.
1. Group courses (live batches)

2. One-to-one (1:1) training
- You get a refund for the sessions you have not taken yet.
- Refund = amount paid − (number of sessions taken × per-session fee confirmed at enrolment).
- Sessions you missed without telling us at least 12 hours before are counted as taken.
3. Practice Lab (paid lab access)
- Practice Lab is a digital service. Once your access is activated, it is not refundable.
- You get a full refund if we do not activate your access within 48 hours of successful payment.
- You get a full refund if a technical problem from our side stops you from using the lab and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of your report.
4. If we cancel
If we cancel a batch, course or service, you can choose either a 100% refund or a free move to the next available batch.
5. What is not refundable
- Classes you missed. Every class is recorded, and the recording is shared with you.
- Change of mind after the refund window above.
- Access stopped because of a breach of our Terms and Conditions (for example, sharing your login or recordings).
6. How to request a refund
- Email info@vedhanetacademy.com with your name, the course or lab, and your Razorpay payment ID.
- Send the request within 7 days of the event that makes you eligible (for example, within 7 days of the 1st class for a full refund).
- We will reply within 2 working days.
7. How the refund is paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account) through Razorpay.
- Refunds are started within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
- For international card payments, the amount is refunded in the original currency. Any difference caused by currency exchange rates or charges from your bank is not covered.
