1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and the track you are interested in (from the demo form, WhatsApp or email).
- Login details for Practice Lab: your name, email and profile picture from Google Sign-In. We never see your Google password.
- Payment details: payment status, amount and Razorpay payment ID. Card, UPI and bank details are handled only by Razorpay. We do not see or store them.
- Basic usage data: browser type, device type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
Our free simulators (Traffic Lab, DNS Lab, WAF Lab) work without signup and do not ask for personal details.
2. Why we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry and book your free demo.
- To confirm your fee, enrol you and share class links, recordings and documents.
- To give, manage and end your Practice Lab access.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To send batch schedules and important course updates.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
We share details only with the services we need to run the academy:
- Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
- Google — for Sign-In and for storing class recordings and documents.
- Netlify — our website hosting provider.
- WhatsApp — when you choose to talk to us there.
We may also share details if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
Our site may use small cookies or browser storage to remember your sign-in and basic settings. You can clear or block them in your browser, but some lab features may not work without them.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiry details: up to 12 months, unless you enrol.
- Student and payment records: as long as needed for the course and for tax and legal records.
- Practice Lab login: removed or disabled after your access period ends, on request.
6. How we protect it
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, trusted service providers and limited access to student data. No online system is 100% safe, but we take reasonable care to protect your details.
7. Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your details.
- Ask us to stop sending batch updates at any time.

8. Children
Our courses are for adults and college students. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18 without a parent's consent.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date.
